Not necessarily. Your agent can connect to existing websites and tools. We’ll check what you use and what can be connected.

What does it cost?

It depends on the tasks, connections and level of support. You’ll receive a breakdown of setup, external services and maintenance before we start. See price ranges and the cost calculator

Who helps if something goes wrong?

I’m your point of contact for adjustments and support, according to the scope we agree on.

Why work with you instead of just opening ChatGPT?

You can start on your own. My role is to understand your business, connect its systems, set permissions and check the work. My 12 years in digital help turn AI capability into useful work across your website, content and marketing.

What if a better system arrives in six months?

We choose tools that fit your business today and review alternatives as they emerge. Exportable business data, files and instructions can be reused elsewhere. Integrations may need adapting; automatic migration or transfer of every provider’s memory is not guaranteed.

Can the agent publish or spend money by itself?

We agree on permissions in advance. Publishing, budget changes and significant changes require your approval. We start with defined tasks and review the work before expanding responsibility.

What happens if the agent makes a mistake?

AI can make mistakes. We set checks, boundaries and approval steps for sensitive actions. For customer service, we define when to hand a conversation to a person. If something fails, we stop that action and address it within the agreed support scope.

Can you connect WhatsApp, my calendar and other systems?

We check each integration before committing. Availability depends on the system, permissions and provider terms. Some connections, including WhatsApp customer service, may carry additional fees.

What happens to my data and accounts if we stop?

We agree up front on account ownership, stored information and handover. Transferable files and settings are handed over and unneeded access is removed. Export options depend on the systems in use.
